Justin Morgan and his partner Folbrecht took the win at Qualifier #4 at Scott Driver Park on Saturday, September 26, closing out the 2026 regular season with a 23.34 lb bag that no one else touched.

Morgan / Folbrecht sealed it early and never gave it back. Larry Wright and Wright locked in second at 22.89 lb, and Kail Stevens with the Schirling / Stevens team came in third at 22.64 lb — a full bag apart from Wright but still enough to hold the podium spot.

Team of the Year — Q4 Shakeup

Q4 is where the TOY leaderboard finally settled. Burch / Powers stay on top with a rock-solid 595 points after weighing in all four events, but the field behind them completely reshuffled — Schirling / Stevens jumped to 2nd (586) on the back of a huge Q4 finish, and Alfano / Newhouse locked in 3rd (579) after fishing every event this year. Seabolt / Grace, who led the standings coming into Q4, dropped to 4th (578) after a tougher day on the water.

Championship — October

The 2026 season now moves to the Two-Day Championship, presented by Vexus Boats. Every team that fished or registered for three of the four qualifiers is invited — 32 teams have already qualified via weigh-ins alone, and we’ll cross-reference registration data to catch anyone who signed up for three events without weighing in every time. The full qualified list drops this week.
